We are working with a company using innovative technology to empower underrepresented communities. This is a strong opportunity to lead the people function from the front while supporting the growth of a product that is making a positive difference in the world. They are looking for a CPO in the UK to have a seat at the table and build heavy hitting strategies.

The Chief People Officer will: 

  • Set the short- and long-term people strategy for the business – also overseeing talent acquisition and employee experience
  • Business partner with c-suite and founders to build a robust, people first culture
  • Manage, train, and develop an existing people team
  • Build upon a culture of diversity and inclusion – promoting the company’s values

Experience and Requirements: 

  • Experience working in start up and corporate environments
  • Passion for culture building and DEI
  • Proven track record of sitting on the executive team and building people strategies


  • Negotiable base with bonus
  • Fully remote (with travel possibilities)
