Supporting Faculty with their continued growth plans
After placing Tom Cheung into the Head of Talent role in early 2022, Tom got back in touch with our specialist recruitment consultants when he was looking to scale up the Talent team at Faculty. The plan was to bring in two Senior TA Partners, to take charge: one in Commercial and one in Tech hiring.
Leveraging our specialist knowledge of the Talent and People space
By using strategic and market insight, we were able to assist in identifying the ideal candidate profiles whilst also reducing hiring cycle times and improving the overall candidate experience. From the first kick-off meeting, we were able to take both Senior Talent Partner roles to market, finding two exceptional hires for Faculty.
The entire process took four weeks from start to finish, to fill both roles.
