Location - Manchester (Hybrid working, 3 days in the office)

We are partnered with a market-leading Research, Data & Insights scale-up, who are looking for a tech focused HR Generalist to join them on their journey.

A rapidly growing market intelligence business, originating in Manchester and have recently opened a London & US office. Looking to double headcount over the next year, the business is growing at an exciting pace following their Series A funding round end of 2023.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be a trusted advisor to the business managers and employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coach and guide managers pro-actively anticipating on all employee related topics and the people needs.
  • Be a strategic change agent to the business areas - supporting with the adoption, implementation and embedding of new processes, policies, programmes and culture initiatives.
  • Help with the growth of the team by assisting the onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintaining personnel files, contracts and help manage our HR systems.
  • Working closely with the Founder & CEO.
  • Maintain and drive the unique company culture.

Key skills & attributes:

  • A strong People Partner with experience working within a similar role in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (ideally CIPD qualified).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly adaptable; open to change and willing to ‘muck in’ to get the job done.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with each business unit and employees in the business.
  • Able to handle sensitive information, discretely with a high standard of integrity.
  • Experience working within a fast paced, constantly changing environment.

Salary £40,000 - £50,000 plus bonus

Hybrid working (3 days in the office, Manchester)
