Hybrid – 4 days in the office and 1 working from home.

I am collaborating with a global Asset Manager in their search for a dynamic, and forward-thinking Senior HR Advisor.

With offices in Hong Kong, Switzerland, London, New York and Sydney, you will be the go to person for their busy London office; as well as collaborating with a wider, international HR team. With investors from across the finance industry, you’ll be joining a high-energy, high-impact team that’s achieved profitability and has a wealth of opportunity ahead.

As the business continue to grow, this is a key hire into their HR function where you will be creating, leading, and fronting all HR initiatives and projects.

The Senior HR Advisor will:

  • Lead bi-annual reviews and appraisals, as well as all probation reviews.
  • Managing all ER cases across the business across a variety of levels.
  • Leading on the CSR initiatives for the business.
  • Partnering with the wider HR team on all People projects and initiatives.
  • Running D&I and wellbeing initiatives.

The Senior HR Advisor skills and experience:

  • Previous HR experience in a HR team.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (preference but not essential).
  • Keen interest or exposure to HR projects/ initiatives
  • Experience with D&I, CSR, and ER.
  • Financial services experience is a preference.


  • Salary up to £65,000 (doe).
  • Discretionary bonus.
