We are working with a growing, global management consultancy who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

You must have experience recruiting for a Management Consultancy and have run end to end search for change Managers, OD Consultants, and Business Analysists.

They are looking for an experienced Manager who is able to partner with the CEO globally to drive recruitment, build relationships with senior stakeholders, provide insights and advise in a business partner capacity. You will be key in designing creative sourcing strategies and championing employee value propositions and brand values. Experience recruiting for permanent as well as contract hires is desirable.

You will lead on major projects and will have experience working in a fast-paced and autonomous environment and have an established network in this space.

Salary – £65,000. Flexi working and competitive bens/package.
