I am collaborating with a leading Fashion Retail Company in their search for a forward thinking, motivated and talented HR professional.

Based in the heart of London, your focus in this role will be recruitment and day-to-day operational HR functions, supporting managers in the HQ and on field, in the retail stores.

The successful candidate will have knowledge as an HR Business Partner with plenty of experience in recruitment, able to work with priorities and to work autonomously, but with regular reporting.

The Human Resources Partner will:

  • To act as a strategic partner to the business leaders, providing expert HR support.
  • To lead end-to-end the recruitment process and to manage a high volume of CVs.
  • To add value by demonstrating a thorough understanding of trends and market knowledge of Retail sector using your knowledge to inform actions and sourcing strategies.
  • Influencing leaders and managers to create high performing teams encompassing diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and adoption of cultural values and behaviours.
  • Guide Managers with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including on-boarding, learning and development, maternity/parental leave, performance management, off boarding, leavers’ questionnaire, and employees’ survey.
  • Reviewing HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability.

The Human Resources Partner skills and experience:

  • Minimum qualification: CIPD qualified LEVEL 5 or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in full life-cycle recruitment support positions in a young and growth business.
  • Ability to prioritize business and customer needs while providing high value/satisfaction to our internal clients.
  • Ability to navigate a complex work environment & drive change, assess and adjust priorities to ensure critical work is delivered in a timely fashion.
  • Strong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable Talent Acquisition technologies & software (e.g. SAP, Success factors).
  • An ambitious, driven, flexible and can-do attitude professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong interest in fashion.
