Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.

I am collaborating with a global Asset Manager in their search for a dynamic, and forward-thinking L&D Partner.

The L&D Partner is an integral part of the Talent and wider HR Team. This role is responsible for supporting learning and development initiatives across the business, partnering closely with key stakeholders throughout the firm. The role covers a wide variety of responsibilities including programme design and delivery, facilitation, LMS management and budgeting.

The L&D Partner will:

  • Oversee the design and delivery of learning programmes including management and leadership development, and professional excellence.
  • Identification of training requirements and engaging internal and external tools to deliver against these requirements.
  • Support in the selection of external partners, managing relationships and deliverables, and guiding learning initiatives.
  • Manage complex internal stakeholder relationships, constructively challenge thinking to drive the right learning outcomes.
  • Coordination of all mandatory training.
  • Oversee and manage Early Careers Programmes and Apprenticeships.
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent and Head of Talent Acquisition to support the development and roll out of the employer brand and employee value proposition.

The L&D Partner skills and experience:

  • Learning and development experience with demonstrable record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programmes and managing projects.
  • Experience working in Financial Services sector is preferrable.
  • Proven experience in developing quality, productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience of managing annual Employee Engagement Survey
  • Demonstrates an ability to influence, collaborate, build, and maintain effective working relationships with managers and colleagues.
  • Experience of budget management
  • Experience managing Early Careers Programmes and Apprenticeships advantageous.
