Up to £60,000 + 20% bonus

2-days a week in the office.

Seekhr have partnered with one of our longstanding clients in the Entertainment industry to look for a Talent Development Partner.

This role will be a Talent Management/ Development Partner, focussed on coaching and developing the top c. 200 heads within the business. There is a huge focus on leadership coaching and project management within this group

Role responsibilities:

  • Heavy stakeholder management focus, liasing with talent leaders, directors and global CPOs.
  • Programme management of initiatives and projects – leading in the monthly Talent Community Forum.
  • Collation of reporting and insights from ExCo and board – supporting in preparation of packs for Talent Reviews.
  • Track and report on development activity in collaboration with People leads. As well as management of supplier budget (c. 3M).
  • Talent management and succession planning, inl. Exec coaching and development.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within a similar role – ideally Talent Management/ Development
  • Experience within a complex organisation.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Experience utilising tooling and reporting (Excel, Ppt, Workday).
  • Experience creating and delivering key KPIs.
