You’ve just graduated – congratulations! You’ve survived off pot noodles, staying up all night to “finish assignments” and having to wrap yourself up in blankets throughout the winter season as the heating doesn’t work and the landlord hasn’t sorted that outbreak of mould!

The real story is that we struggle with the same challenges as everyone else. Hiring challenges. Productivity challenges. Growth challenges. Time Management challenges.

With the advances in technology, a great deal has changed over the last decade. Industries have been majorly affected by the change; many have grown, a few have been destroyed and some have completely transformed.

With the oldest millennials now in their late 30s, the younger generation is taking over the workforce: The Generation Z. Gen Z refers to the generation born between 1996 – 2010. Having grown up using the internet and social media, this generation is rather different from the previous!

At some point during University, students are always asked the dreaded question, “Do you have any plans once you graduate?”.

The gender pay gap has been a controversial debate for countless years and is, to this day, still a hot topic. Even 49 years after the Equal Pay Act was introduced and the new law of companies having to publish their pay gap reports, there is still confusion over the difference in salaries.
